Paul Ludwig, a K9 police officer in Washington D.C., is dragged down a highway in a stolen police car after a police dog fails stop a fleeing attempted murder suspect. After surviving the shooting, Paul changes how he trains forever. He joins Sam Edmonds, who has acquired his unique set of skills from the streets of DC. They join forces and begin training dogs all around the world.
